Business and Technology

Founded by a group of electronics design and environmental detector technology engineers in 1992, Everday Technology has been in the fire safety business for over fifteen years. We focus on Advanced Photoelectric Sensing Technology to optimize reliability and reduce environmental risk in our products.

Everday is one of the few companies in the industry to offer one-stop shopping for residential and commercial detectors. We supply our comprehensive range of detectors from a single source in Taiwan to meet virtually any application.

The products and services we can provide include:

Everday employs experienced specialists and young engineers in each of the technical disciplines necessary to produce reliable life safety products. Our R&D expenditures amount up to 5% of sales as a long-term average.

By affiliating with joint-ventured programs from the Industrial Institute in Hsinchu, Taiwan, our partners in Europe and the US, we've been continuously developing state-of-the-art technology in the fire detection field. Over the years, through innovation, we've steadily improved the effectiveness of our detectors and dramatically increased their reliability.

NDPD (New Product Development Procedure) Methodology

Phase 1Product Manager introduces a proposal. The proposal is evaluated and approved by management.
Phase 2Design Engineers create a working model based on specification provided by a Product Manager. Probability tests are completed and key components and technologies are confirmed.
Phase 3Engineering tests and design review are conducted. Recommendations are made regarding design improvements, patents, etc.
Phase 4Function test reviews are performed. Recommendations are made for improvement.
Phase 5Standards are set for pilot productions according to the product specification
Phase 6The sample product is sent to the customer service department for alpha testing
