• New state-of-the-art factory will open its doors in 2008.
• 2,680 square feet premises in Taiwan, including manufacturing facilities with monthly production capacity of 200,000 units, a testing lab, a warehouse, a Quality Assurance lab, R&D, office and shipping;
• Two in-house semiautomatic assembly lines for manufacturing heat, smoke and gas detectors. There are ten more affiliated outsourced assembly lines;
• One fully automated and computerized line for CO and other toxic gas detector production and testing. This advanced production line was developed in accordance with our unique design;
• One standard UL Fire Test Lab to perform testing of newly developed products as ell as preparation of samples of the detectors to comply with different approvals;
• Automatic insertion equipment, SMT and DIP assembly lines, mass burn-in rooms for 24/48 hours testing of final assembled products;
• One calibration room for sensitivity adjustment and environment test; more than 10 standard UL smoke chambers for production of smoke alarms;
• One VDS standard EN-54 smoke tunnel for European safety approvals testing and calibration (VDS and EN54-7/5).
